There is an annual fee of $180 which runs from June to June, and is prorated depending on the month you sign up.  Each month later than June deduct $15 from the $180 total.  For example if you sign up in June, pay the full $180.  July - $165.  August - $150.  September - $135, etc. 

The forms can be mailed in along with a check made payable to SJSRMLS to:

If you prefer to use a credit card, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.  You can fax your completed IDX form along with the completed Charge Authorization Form to Denise at 609-652-6437.  If you have a scanner, you can also email the completed IDX forms/Charge Authorization Form to Denise at denise@acrealestate.org.

Once Denise has received your completed forms and payment she will email you a confirmation notice.  She will also notify our account activations department that you are paid up to date, and we will go ahead and activate IDX on your account for you.  You will receive notification from Weichert Agent Pages letting you know the IDX is up and running on your account. 

If you receive a confirmation from SJSRMLS that your IDX payment has been received and your property search is not active on your website within 3 business days, please forward your confirmation email from SJSRMLS to welcome@weichertagentpages.com and we will make sure your IDX is working.
